Creating Email Addresses

Knology offers you the ability to create your own email addresses, reset your password and other useful options through our free online management tool called MyKnology.

Your Knology email address will be set up as username@knology.net (as long as the username isn't already taken by another Knology customer). Even though Microsoft Outlook Express (the email software supported by Knology) offers an option to save your password between sessions, we urge you to write your password down and keep it in a safe place.

Please note that your username and password are case sensitive and should be typed in lowercase.
