| There are two types of accounts in Knology NetSafe Plus: |

| · | Family Leader (Mom, Dad, etc.) |
| · | Family Member (Son, Daughter, Visiting Mother-In-Law, etc.) |

| Family Leaders are the front line of support for the Family Members. The Family Leader is able to: |

| · | Maintain Family Member accounts |
| · | Maintain the levels and types of access for all Family Members |
| · | View reports for all Family Members |
|
| Family Members are the ones who are actually using the Knology
NetSafe system. Their accounts allow them to login and surf the Internet from any of the Family's terminals. They
can also access limited information and change their password at http://home.knology.net. |

| The Family Leader has several options that can be set for the entire family or for each individual
Family Member. These options are available at the Family Leader screen. The Family Leader
automatically goes to this screen after login. |
