| To access Knology NetSafe: |

| · | Get your official NetSafe Family Leader username/password from Knology Support. |

| · | Open any web browser and surf to http://home.knology.net. |
|
| · | You will be greeted by the Login screen, in the upper right: |
|

|
| · | Choose Knology NetSafe from the drop-down list. |
|
| · | Enter your Knology NetSafe username and password and click Login. |
|
| Family Leaders and Family Members will then have access to all of their options. |
